Convert an external file

run ocr from an external file in the ocr ocr tab, click on from file ocr using an external file location locate the single file that you would like to convert and select open open locate file this will display the pdf pro ocr options menu ❶ ❶ page range select the page or pages you would like to convert ❷ ❷ languages select the language being converted ❸ ❸ recognition mode there are 2 options, searchable text and editable text convert current file docid\ bls6cdyuxwiyvr9xveyf4 ❹ ❹ open after processing if selected, this will open the file in pdf pro after the ocr convertion has been completed
