If <font color="#ff0000">**PDF Pro**</font> is still showing **as active on a device that no longer works**, you can **deactivate it**. This frees up the license (or seat) so you can install it on another computer.

From the website, select **Dashboard**.&#x20;

(If **Dashboard** not showing, use the **LogIn** option to enable access to the **Dashboard** via the email confirmation process.)&#x20;

On the **Dashboard**, with <font color="#e90505">**My Devices**</font> selected, you can view all the **Active** and **Inactive Devices**.

To deactivate a device, simply click the **Deactivate** button for that device.

The following warning message will be displayed:

After clicking <font color="#e90505">**Deactivate**</font>, the system will update the status of the device, moving it to the **Inactive Devices** section.
