On the left navigation sidebar, you will see the **Show** **Named Positions **Icon. This shows a list of named position within a document.

To add a **Named Position** in a document, go to the page that requires this feature. There are 2 choices to select this option. Either from the **Icon** in the top left position, or just right-click the mouse on the page and a menu will appear. Select **Add Named Position**.

A new editable field will appear. You can now change the name of the named position. <font color="#ff0000">**NOTE\:**</font> <font color="#ff0000">Once the field is named, it cannot be edited.</font> It would have to be deleted and recreated with the correct name.

To delete a **Named Position**, select the field and click the **garbage can icon**.
