To access your account on the web, the website PDFPRO.COM will automatically open your Dashboard if you have previously accessed the Dashboard.

If it does not, the regular website will be displayed. Click Account and Login to access your Dashboard.

Here you'll find a snapshot of your account, quick access to key features, recent activity, and important notifications.

My Devices - Manage devices connected to your account. Active Devices - Lists your currently active devices. Devices can be Deactivated from this screen. Inactive Devices - Devices that no longer have access to the software.

Here, you can view the total number of seats in your plan and the number of remaining available seats. By default, a standard purchase provides 2 seats, enabling the software to run on two devices at the same time. Additional seats can be purchased if required. See the link Seats for additional details.





Seats Available - Invites - Easily send and manage invitations to join your team. Active Members - Effortlessly assign roles and empower your team. Users can be Owners, Members or Admin.

Your Plan - Overview of your currently active PDF Pro plan.

Adjust Your Plan - Add or remove seats, change payment cadence or add options.





Billing - Manage your payment options and invoices efficiently. View, download, and keep track of all your transactions in one place. Information regarding your next invoice, subscription plan, and payment method will be displayed.

Billing History - Keep track of your billing history and manage your financial records efficiently.





When you select the menu choice Support Tickets, you will have access to the Support Ticket portal. You can create a ticket to contact service, sales, or submit any other inquiry.
