accessing the bookmarks tool open your pdf document look for the bookmarks tree icon on the left navigation panel bookmarks tool selection click on the bookmarks tree icon to expand the bookmarks panel creating a bookmark to create a new bookmark create a bookmark ❶ ❶ navigate to the page of the document you want to bookmark ❷ ❷ in the bookmarks panel, click on the create bookmark button, represented by a green green bookmark icon with a plus sign ❸ ❸ a new bookmark will be created at your current location note note you can also bookmark a page if you right click the mouse anywhere on the page you want to bookmark right click menu ❶ ❶ right click anywhere on the page to be bookmarked select bookmark page from the menu ❷ ❷ the bookmarks tree menu on the left will open and a new bookmark is created managing bookmarks pdf pro lets you manage bookmarks easily right click a bookmark name to access management options manage bookmarks create bookmark to create a sub bookmark, right click an existing bookmark to create a new bookmark, right click anywhere on the bookmarks tree panel rename bookmark right click on an existing bookmark and select rename bookmark enter the new name and press enter delete bookmark right click on the bookmark you want to remove and select delete bookmark expand bookmark if a bookmark contains sub bookmarks, right click on it and select expand bookmark to view all its sub bookmarks alternatively, click on the blue blue bookmark icon with the downward arrow collapse bookmark right click on an expanded bookmark and select collapse bookmark to hide its sub bookmarks alternatively, click on the blue blue bookmark icon with the upward arrow navigating with bookmarks bookmarks provide an easy way to navigate through your document simply click on a bookmark in the bookmarks panel, and pdf pro will instantly jump to the corresponding section or page
