Bookmarks in PDF Pro are a powerful feature that allows you to mark specific sections of your PDF document for easy navigation. This guide will help you understand how to create, manage, and utilize bookmarks effectively within PDF Pro.

Thumbnails are small preview images of each page within a PDF document. They provide a quick visual reference that allows users to navigate through the document more efficiently.

In PDF Pro, the search function lets you quickly find words or phrases in a PDF.

Two options are available: Search: Highlights and navigates through occurrences. Search & Redact: Highlights and marks for permanent removal.

Attachments are files of any other format that can be added as a link to a specific location within a PDF file. PDF Pro allows you to add attachments to your PDF document, as well as list and open any attachments to a given PDF file.
