roles removing and transferring privileges only the administrator can perform the following actions for users transfer ownership grant admin access unassign seat these options are available via the three dot \<font color="#ff0000"> ⁝ \</font> menu next to each user's information on the \<font color="#ff0000"> team \& members \</font> screen unassign seat (remove a user) the most common task would be to unassign a seat (e g person is no longer with the company) from the \<font color="#ff0000"> team \& members \</font> selection, locate the user you would like to remove from the account from the three dot menu \<font color="#ff0000"> ⁝ \</font> on the right of the user's profile to be removed select unassign seat unassign seat menu the confirm action warning message will appear select \<font color="#ff0000"> confirm \</font> to continue seat unassigned confirmation the number of seats available increases by 1 the display updates the \<font color="#22c55e">licensed\</font> users and the \<font color="#f97316">unlicensed \</font> users the users profile is updated to display \<font color="#f97316">no seat\</font> from the three dot \<font color="#ff0000"> ⁝ \</font> menu choice, there is now the option to \<font color="#b91c1c">remove from team\</font> updated seat removed count unassign seat from owner if the \<font color="#ff0000"> owner \</font> does not require a seat ( does not need to have the software), they can now unassign their seat , which would make it available for another user they would still be the owner/admin of the site unless they transfer ownership to another user or grant admin access to another user from the three dot \<font color="#ff0000"> ⁝ \</font> menu choice next to the \<font color="#ff0000">owner\</font> profile, select \<font color="#ff0000"> unassign seat \</font> owner unassign their seat the confirm action warning message will appear select \<font color="#ff0000"> confirm \</font> to continue seat unassigned confirmation the number of seats available increases by 1 the display updates the \<font color="#22c55e">licensed\</font> users and the \<font color="#f97316">unlicensed \</font> users the users profile is updated to display \<font color="#f97316">no seat\</font> from the three dot \<font color="#ff0000"> ⁝ \</font> menu choice, there is now the option to \<font color="#b91c1c">assign seat\</font> this is in case the \<font color="#b91c1c"> owner \</font> wants a seat in the future no seat for owner grant admin access to a member the \<font color="#b91c1c">owner\</font> can grant admin access to a member so that they can \<font color="#b91c1c">invite\</font> users and \<font color="#b91c1c">unassign seats\</font> within the team grant admin access to a user the dashboard will now show the new admin role owners dashboard updated the new admin dashboard is now a full version the new admin's dashboard updated
