roles removing and transferring privileges the administrator can perform the following actions for users transfer ownership grant admin access unassign member these options are available via the three dot ⁝ ⁝ menu next to each user's information on the team & members team & members screen unassign member (remove a user) the most common task would be to unassign a member (e g person is no longer with the company) from the team & members team & members selection, locate the user you would like to remove from the account from the three dot menu ⁝ ⁝ on the right of the profile, select unassign member unassign member menu the confirm action warning message will appear select confirm confirm to continue the number of seats available increases by 1 and the user is no longer associated with the account updated admin screen
