a standard license includes 1 seat , which lets a single user install the software on two computers (for example, a work and home computer) the same user credentials must be used for both installations to give access to more users, you'll need to purchase additional seats for volume licensing inquiries, please contact us at sales\@pdfpro com mailto\ sales\@pdfpro com for more information purchasing additional seats when purchasing additional seats — more than the first seat within a single user account — the account will automatically migrate to a business account this is required to support the multi seat management process you do not need to operate a business to use this option the account type simply adapts to a business account structure in order to accommodate multiple seats under one account if you purchased additional seats under an existing business account, there will be no change to the account type, as it is already configured for multi seat management the current number of seats available to use is displayed on the \ teams \& members \ screen to purchase additional seats, you can either click the \ get more \ or \ change \ link, or click the subscription plan menu choice (all will take you to the same screen) get more seats links with the \ subscription plan \ screen visible, the adjust your plan area has the section seats displaying the number of seats for this account to purchase seats, click on the + sign for the amount you require (set new number) the number of seats to be purchased will be displayed when ready to proceed, click on the \ review changes \ button purchase more seats a summary of what you are purchasing is displayed when ready press the \ confirm and pay \ button summary is displayed the \ changes applied successfully \ message will appear the number of seats now available will be displayed the next charge will display the increased cost of the additional purchase next charge total the system will now recognize that there is more than 1 seat associated with the account it will initiate the “ migrate to a business account ” screen to appear enter your business name, or any preferred name, to indicate that the account is now configured as a multi seat account the account name will be updated under the \ dashboard \ you will see the changes as shown below under the \ teams \& members \ screen, the updated seats available will be displayed you can now invite a user to use the software see invite a new user docid\ ljnijzqj3ea6ckm5xzc1r for a full explanation of the process updated seats available removing existing seats if past the 30 day refund timeframe, this will remove the seats from the \ next charge \ , otherwise it will refund the purchase immediately within 30 days with the \ subscription plan \ screen visible, the adjust your plan area has the number of seats displayed to remove seats, click on the sign for the amount you require (set new number) reduce seat renewal the number of seats to be removed will be displayed when ready to proceed, click on the \ review changes \ button number of seats to be removed a summary of what you are removing is displayed when ready press the \ confirm removal \ button summary of what is being removed the \ changes applied successfully \ message will appear the new number of seats now available will be displayed the next charge will display the reduced cost of the seat removal updated numbers after 30 days cancel change option available after 30 days, the seat cannot be refunded the process here is to stop the seat from being renewed at the next renewal date with the \ subscription plan \ screen visible, the adjust your plan area has the number of seats displayed to remove seat/s, click on the sign for the amount you require (set new number) reduce seat renewal the number of seats to be removed will be displayed when ready to proceed, click on the \ review changes \ button removing a seat review option a summary of what you are removing is displayed when ready press the \ confirm removal \ button the \ changes applied successfully \ message will appear the new number of seats now available will be displayed the next charge will display the reduced cost of the seat removal updated information with canceled seat the downgrade message will inform the administrator that the number of seats will be reduced at the renewal date this still can be canceled and the process reversed by selecting the \ cancel change \ button if the \ cancel change \ is selected the following pop up message will appear if selected, the seat renewal will proceed as originally intended the original number of seats would be renewed the original information will be displayed original number of seats displayed
