Deactivate a Device
If PDF Pro is still showing as active on a device that no longer works, you can deactivate it. This frees up the license (or seat) so you can install it on another computer.
From the website, select Dashboard.
(If Dashboard not showing, use the LogIn option to enable access to the Dashboard via the email confirmation process.)
On the Dashboard, with My Devices selected, you can view all the Active and Inactive Devices.
To deactivate a device, simply click the Deactivate button for that device.
The following warning message will be displayed:
After clicking Deactivate, the system will update the status of the device, moving it to the Inactive Devices section.

The license (or seat) is now free, so you can install PDF Pro on a different computer.
