insert a bl ank page open your pdf document in the edit edit tab, click on insert page which is located in the pages section insert page menu option the insert pages dialog box will be displayed insert pages dialog box ❶ ❶ check the insert blank pages box ❷ ❷ enter the page number where you want the blank pages to be added ❸ ❸ choose how many blank pages to insert ❹ ❹ click insert insert to apply the changes from the image below, you can see that a blank page has been added the total page count has increased by one, and the new page appears with the page number you specified page information insert an existing page in the edit edit tab, click on insert page which is located in the pages section the insert pages dialog box will appear, allowing you to locate the file you want to insert locate the file required do not check the insert blank pages box ❶ ❶ click the browse button to locate the file you need ❷ ❷ select the desired file ❸ ❸ click open to continue the insert and page range menu options will now be displayed insert and range options ❶ ❶ enter the page number where you want the existing pages to be inserted ❷ ❷ choose how many existing pages to insert ❸ ❸ click insert insert to apply the changes from the image below, you can see that an existing page has been added the total page count has increased by one, and the new page appears with the page number you specified page information here’s an example showing that both a blank page and an existing page have been successfully added to the pdf file delete a page in the edit edit tab, click on delete page(s) which is located in the pages section delete page(s) menu option the delete pages dialog box will appear ❶ ❶ select the remove page count box note the remove page range option is also available for removing a range of pages at once example 1 5,8,11 13 ❷ ❷ enter the page number where you want to start removing existing pages the count specifies how many pages will be removed ❸ ❸ click delete delete to continue a warning message will appear this is to remind you that deleting pages is permanent and cannot be undone the deleted page has been removed, and the following pages have been renumbered accordingly page information resize page in the edit edit tab, click on resize page which is located in the pages section resize page menu for this example we will enlarge a smaller sized page to match the existing document the image below shows the smaller page click the resize page menu button to open the menu the smaller size page the resize page menu will display the following the resize page menu ❶ ❶ the current page size the size of the page that you are working on ❷ ❷ the original page size displays the page’s dimensions before any resizing, allowing you to see the original size prior to any changes ❸ ❸ the resize options preset sizes from a pull down menu as well as the manual options for height and width settings ❹ ❹ the page range options select all pages or custom allows you to select specific page numbers or a range of pages under custom page range , you can also choose to include only odd numbered or even numbered pages in the example below, the second page is smaller than the rest of the document example showing a smaller page ❶ ❶ the current page size the size of this specific page (a5 in this example) ❷ ❷ the resize preset sizes from a pull down menu as well as the manual options for height and width settings in this example, the settings have been changed to letter size new size settings ❶ ❶ the current page size this will only change after the process has been initiated it will display the new page size the original page size will retain the original page size information until the document is saved ❷ ❷ the resize this displays the new page size(s) to be implemented ❸ ❸ the page range displays which pages were selected by the user the result will look like this output with new size the smaller page is now the same size, as can be seen in this view all pages crop page in the edit edit tab, click on crop page which is located in the pages section crop page menu choice the menu choices for the crop page tool are menu choices for the crop page ❶ ❶ the original page size the size of the page that you are working on before any changes are made ❷ ❷ margins shows the initial values (all set to zero) for the bottom, top, left, and right margins before any adjustments are applied ❸ ❸ page format provides preset page sizes available from a drop down menu the selected size is reflected in the margins section above ❹ ❹ the page range select all pages or custom allows you to select specific page numbers or a range of pages to be cropped under custom page range , you can also choose to include only odd numbered or even numbered pages in an example, we will only crop the 1st page of the document crop page menu options ❶ ❶ margins adjustments can be made manually by entering specific values for each margin or by dragging the margin handles to visually modify them the page format option allows the user to select a preset size from the pull down menu ❷ ❷ page range the user can select either a specific page or range of pages to have the same crop size applied to them ❸ ❸ the margin handles can be manually adjusted as required the crop page result of this example will appear like this crop page example only the 1st page has been cropped note cropping is non destructive — it only affects the visible area of the image the original image remains intact and can be fully restored at any time if the user wants to change the visible area, they simply reselect crop page and the crop settings will re appear, allowing them to adjust the crop area or restore the page to its original size the only setting to be re selected and adjusted is the page range it treats each edit as a new edit we recommend saving the document before applying other modifications or adjustments reorder pages in the edit edit tab, click on reorder pages which is located in the pages section reorder pages you can also reorder pages in the thumbnail pane as shown below thumbnail location click and drag the pages to
