The FILE Tab

access from file file tab new files blank, from file and merge under the file file tab file tab with new new selected, the following options are displayed blank this will open the page setup for the new file choose your desired settings, then click new file new file to create the blank document once created, you can then proceed to add content to the document blank menu selection from file create pdf from other file formats from file menu selection the following dialog screen will appear for you to locate the required files from file dialog box merge into pdf file merge different files into a new pdf merge menu selection the following merge dialog box will appear merge dialog box open existing files to edit and save recent documents if you had previously opened the document with pdf pro, select it (or another) from your recently opened files under recent files recent documents dialog box computer click the browse button to access files on your computer, then select the desired pdf file and click open files from computer dialog box save and save as when you select save , the location where you last saved a file will appear you can either use this location or choose a different folder modify the file name as needed save file path when you select save as , the browse option will automatically appear you can then locate the folder where you want to save the file and name the file as needed save as menu batch processing this option allows you to select pdf files for batch processing to convert them to another file type batch processing menu selection when you select the file type, the batch conversion dialog box appears batch conversion dialog box
